It's concerning that you're still experiencing issues and pain after a colon resection surgery. Here are a few things to consider:

  1. Post-Operative Recovery: Recovery from a colon resection surgery can vary from person to person, but it's not uncommon to experience pain and discomfort in the weeks or even months following the procedure. However, if these symptoms are severe, worsening, or significantly impacting your daily life, it's important to seek medical attention promptly.

  2. Possible Complications: There can be several reasons for ongoing issues after colon resection surgery, including infection, scar tissue formation, hernias, or other surgical complications. Your surgeon will need to evaluate your condition and may recommend additional tests or imaging to identify the underlying cause.

  3. Lifestyle Adjustments: It's possible that you may need to make certain lifestyle adjustments to manage your condition better. This could include dietary changes, physical therapy, or specific medications to address pain or discomfort.

  4. Seek a Second Opinion: If you're not getting answers or relief from your current medical team, consider seeking a second opinion from another healthcare provider or specialist who specializes in gastrointestinal issues or colorectal surgery.

Hope your problem will be resolved soon.
