I had rotator cuff surgery over 16 months ago and still have a lot of pain, stiffness, and weakness

I had rotator cuff surgery over 16 months ago and still have a lot of pain, stiffness, weakness and low range of motion, have had MRI,  in fact 2, they say nothing is wrong, I say BS, I live with it everyday,  now I have injured my other shoulder and neck, now worksmans is dragging ass to fix it,
