I had unprotected sex about a week ago and until a couple days I started to get a pain with itchiness I also got about five red dots about the size of a pin but theyre not swallen in any way and clearly arent pimples... there also seems to be a tiny bit of discharge and if I am not wrong it seems somewhat shinnier...

anyone?
