You will not be pregnant unless you have sexual intercourse, kissing and hugging cannot make you pregnant.
If people got pregnant through hugging and kissing people's cheeks then there would be some very weird babies and a LOT of children and babies. How old are you if I may ask, 10? You need to have SEX to become pregnant. And I suggest you don't have sex until you're old enough to know what periods are and what sexual intercourse is.
