i have a concern about a number of small pimple like bump on my penis.

i have a few pimple like bumpson my penis. they are slightly painful when squeezed and tend to scab over, like popped pimples without being popped. i noticed after sex that the areas where they are were tender like a rugburn then a day or so later the bumps were found. one near the hairline i popped and now its tender and has what looks like a hole in the center of it.some have turned into a black scab,some are still pimply in appearance but wont pop.and hurt like hell when squeezed too hard.

what i would like to know is what these could possibly be, with maybe a percent chance of each possibility. i understand these are guestimates and not diagnosis. i just want to know if i should be highly concerned or not.
