I have an irregular period, when iam getting period it comes continously for more than 3 weeks (heavy flow) it is good or bad ,because i got a period for once in 2 or 3 months.please tell a home remedy for this .

The more you sleep the less you'll flow... that's how my body works when having heavy periods, I had a heavy period today, had to change my pad twice in one minute, and then also each hour on the dot.
