I have a red lump on my ball sac it is the same size and is the size of my balls it dose not hurt, nothing comes out of it when I squeeze it
Could it be a type of cancer?
How can I cure it?
By the way I'm only 13.

You're young for cancer. I do think you should tell your folks though so it can be checked.
