Hi there,
It seems to me that you might have a head concussion. You have to understand that these falls happen very often to people, but in some severe cases the head concussions might be dangerous. You will notice dizziness along with the headaches which both you have after the fall. In my opinion you need to get to the hospital in order to monitor your head and see if there are any fractures in your skull. You should not ignore these symptoms at all and you have to know that you might have some complications later in life. I hope that this helped you in any possible way.
