I'm 16 and about a month ago i was sitting around and my stomach started hurting like gas pains and after a whil they got severe and then my testicle started hurting and i passed out about 2 days later i discovered a small lump on my right testicle .. i looked into it and thought it mite be a testicular torsion and that scares me and also before all this im not circumsized and i noticed small flesh colored bumps around the rim of my penis head and a later white discharge after i masturbate that doesnt smell pretty i thought it was just aftershock would it be safe to masturbate? plz help me
Your description of the pain and blacking out has me concerned.
It is almost certainly not related to your masturbating, nor what you have noticed on your penis head or glans.
The small flesh colored bumps around the head of the penis are nothing to be concerned about.
A discharge after you ejaculate should be cleaned away.
Any yellow or greenish discharge NOT related to your ejaculation is a sign of infection and should be treated immediately.
You don't indicate if you've had sex with another person. If you, you may have picked up an STI or STD. You BOTH will require treatment if this is the case.
I've not heard the term "aftershock" of masturbation, so I assume that's the last of the ejaculate dribbling out later. That's just a normal clean up and wash, as far as I know.

Hi there, as for your lump, get it checked out. I can tell you that nine times out of ten it turns out to be nothing so I'm sure you'll be fine, but it DOES need to be checked by a doctor. It sometimes turns out to be cancerous and you don't want to take a chance, okay? I know it might be embarrassing but you need to tell your parents so you can go to the doctor, okay?
