I got an iud in a few months ago and I had my first cycle, everything seemed normal, up until about a week ago, i got severe cramps and felt like i needed to pee, upon going to the bathroom i peed(i think) a small red and whitish looking thing, ive never seen anything like it, it was about the size of half a pinki nail, maybe a little smaller but it hurt like hell.. what is it?
it could have possibly been a kidney stone.
