I have been injecting meth for two years and have developed a bad UTI that won't go away

I have been injecting meth for two years and have developed a bad UTI that wont go away with the ususal over the counter aids.  I also developed Hep C.  I have been told Cipro is bad to take if you have Hep C.  How do I treat it and will it hurt me more if I take Cipro
