I have been on birth control for about 3 days now. The other day my fiance and I had sex but he did not pull out twice. I did not think it was a big deal sense I am on the pill but when I get home and read the instruction it tells me in order for the pill to take affect I have to be on the pill for about a week. That morning I took 2 pills, so my questions is can I still get pregnant???

Did you take the pill on the first day of your period. Thats what the doctor told me to do when i first started taking them. He also said i was protected from the first day of taking them.
But reading other people on this forum, they were told to use extra protection for the first month.
So really im not sure. What did the doctor tell you?
