I'm 12, I'm 5 feet 3 1/3 inches, and I weigh 109 pounds. I know I'm good, but I have body fat I just can't get rid of, I have a high metabolism and i burn calories pretty fast, but this time, I struggle. Is there a plan I can follow to lose extra fat? :'(

Your 12. Your body shape and appearance is going to change very soon as you grow into an adult. Having some body fat is normal, there is even a term "baby fat."

As you enter puberty it is more important that you maintain a good diet than try to fast. Just watch what you eat, how much, and get some moderate exercise.
