hello, new to the forum and hope you can help.
yesterday evening, I had a strange headache, never before experienced. once I had eaten dinner, it went away.
this morning, after a good breakfast and enough liquid intake, it came back, but more prominently.
To describe the sensation: like the feeling your nose has when eating too much mustard - a hot rushing flush that dies away in a few seconds. It occurs on the left-top-front side of my head.
Myself: 43, male; vegetarian, non smoker, non drinker. reasonably healthy lifestyle, but not enough exercise as I think correct. Live in the French countryside. Am stressed at the moment with a Masters exam, and being unemployed the past 7 months. However, negotiations ongoing for a job in Sri Lanka - I am a humanitarian worker, and live more often than not in developing countries.
Last year in July I started wearing glasses for reading, but do not use them for computer work, which I currently do a lot of.
Hope you can help me; this is less painful than worrying...
Looking out for your response..
Many thanks in advance
