Can you think of what you were doing just before the spots appeared anything like swimming, hiking playing sports? You could go to the drug store and get an antifungal cream for the groin area you can buy them over the counter so no need for a prescription. If you are comfortable telling your parents a visit to your doctor is worth considering then they can determine what it is a what is needed to help you.
It could be a heat rash or just from sweating good hygiene is very important wash everything well with a mild soap a couple times a day.
