Well. Good Morning to every one. My name is Sebastian. I have a problem in my knee. Doctor told i have extra bone in my knee area.And i have pain in calf muscle. Even i have pain in knee cap also.  I am getting pain while climb the steps in my house.Please suggest me how i can recover from this. I appreciate if i get response as earlier as possible. Thanks
