I have lots of urges to masterbate...

Hey! Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time. Masturbation is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable, and safe. Masturbation is only considered a problem when it endangers sexual activity with a partner, or is done in public. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. Some say that masturbation is a quickly-forming habit that can adversely affect both men and women of all ages. You are not doing anything wrong. But if you are religious and you still feel guilty about it, you can talk to your pastor (or whoever is leading your community) so heshe can get you in some of those programs.

I'm not really religious...that's not really the problem. And I feel fine about it before and during it's just afterwards that I start to feel like it was something that I shouldn't have done. I know that it's ok but I still feel weird about it after the fact...it doesn't help that I am not 100% sure what I am doing :/

Many years ago when I was a teen I used to feel guilty too but I still did it because my body and mind was demanding it. Of course that was way back when the basic attitude expressed in society was that it is wrong, wrong, wrong. I have changed my feelings about that and I no longer feel guilty about it.

I don't believe God would have designed these wonderfully responsive bodies for us if She didn't want us to enjoy them.
