im seeking help because i am worried about my penis health, I have seen numerous problems with it and i am only 21 years old

for the past 2 or 3 years or so, i have experienced ED (cant get a hard one), weak erection, shrinking in size, and premature ejaculation.

i am a virgin and i have been masturbating daily since i was 15. daily usually means in the morning when i wake up or before i go to sleep. sometimes 2 or 3 or 4 times a day. i tried to cut up for as long as i can remember and i am still trying to, usually i go 2 or 3 days without masturbation. but usually when im in bed in the morning or before i sleep the temptation is too strong. when i masturbate i usually go for the ejaculation. that means usually after 3 or 4 mins of intense rubbing i release, then get up or go to sleep. i try to stimulate my penis for a harder on because it seems to be experiencing problems but it only seem to get worse
I have average health, i am not very muscular but i am in good health condition. usually dont get sick and a cold or a fever usually goes away in a day. for the past 2 years or so i have been trying to get into a better physical condition, both running and some weight lifting. i have tuned it up a bit recently cuz i have found my comfort way of working out

but just i am trying to eat more healthier and exercise healthier, my penis is getting more problem!
at first i experience ED, my mind is sexually stimulated and my penis can feel something but i cant get a hard on, as much as i hate to say it but sometimes even so i still masturbate till i ejaculate. im not a complete loser and i tries to cut it down and watch my health but the problem sort of went away, although it still comeback sometimes. then i noticed i started having weaker erection and a shrinking in penis. when i remember i was younger it used to be 6" or bigger, then 2 or 3 years ago when i could reach my hardest hard on its still only 5"5 or under. about a year ago i remember my head usually get really big and full but now it doesnt seem to get up much and stays in its usual triangle ship, instead of filling up to a square. now, by now i mean after i have tuned up my physical work out, my penis seem to reduced to only 5" if not less during erection. althought i seem to no longer have ED, just some really bad erection. if that is not bad enough, i also seem to have premature ejaculation. like i mentioned earlier, when i masturbate i go for the ejaculation, i dont often try to hold it or exercise any muscles and my body/mind is sexually stimulated frequently. i only last 3 or 4 mins of intensive rubbing, and very often something leaks during it. or if i stop stimulating it instantly shrink in size/lose the erection and then something leaks out. the worse part is i have what is commonly known as "jizz in my pants". what happen is when i kiss a girl, or careless or feel really close to her and feel her scent, i feel something in my penis but i often dont get a hard on, i just feel like itchy feeling on the side of the lower part of my shaft (near the body away from the head). and then i leak out some semen, or liquid. all this has gotten me really worried, upset, etc!

i have looked up the common problems, im not in bad shape, im not old, i dont have blood pressure problem or anything but i do have frequent nosebleed, (especially after i have let myself go on the masturbation for a few days i usually always get nose bleed). my problem seem to came from 2 major source, psychological problems and over masturbation. i tries really hard to cut down the masturbation and tries to have positive thoughts, etc but it doesnt seem to work well and i just seem to have more and more problems everyday! can anyone help me?? with
1. the currently went away ED
2. shrinking in size i have suffered over the years, if anything i would like to go back to where i was
3. softer erection, like in size and in the head
4. premature ejaculation. (not a hard on but some leak when i am close to a girl)
5. controlling my masturbation and psychological problem.

i cant think of any other information to provide but i will be paying close attention to my post, so if u need to know something ask and i will reply as quickly as i can
I will try to help and give you advice on the masturbation. You see, i like to masturbate, like i would have sex with a girl, so you have to start stroking slowly and then speed up. I always do session at least 20 min and then blow it, your 3-4min is way too short, not many girls want to have sex for 3-4min, so give it a try and don't "go" for ejaculation. Your premature ejaculation probably comes from your masturbation habits, so try do it this way from now on: Sit down or lay down, relax and start stroking it slowly, then speed it up, but not too fast and keep going (porn movies are good to get a hard on, then you should turn the movie off), if you feel like you are about to ejaculate, slow down, stop or grab the penis lower so you will still be stroking it, but without cumming, sometimes you can massage it, if stroking it is too sensitive. A very good advice is to have your anus muscles relaxed, don't squeeze it! When the feeling of ejaculating goes away, keep stroking it again. When i started practicing this technique, i was reaching the point of almost ejaculating several times and wanted to go over the "edge" too, but be strong, this way you will teach yourself haw to control the arousal and ejaculation too quick. You have to teach your body something different now, because those 3-4 min of jerking off will affect your sexual life in the future. Be patient, don't rush things.
I would go to the doctor to see what he will say about your other problems, good that you are started healthy life style, it always helps. Good luck!!

Hi I am also having erection problem from past 1 year...my story is also same like yours....Have got any treatment...? what about condition now?

The answer to your question is you have to exercise your penis using only your own two hands, and nothing more. hi masterbation is good. but dont do that frquently. you may get more harm in your penis and urinary problems. so please stop doing masterbation. nerves also become weak and damage. so concentrate on some other work, meditation, excercise, yoga. you are too young so dont get this problem in this age. because u may feel that you loose ur quality of life. so stop doing masterbation and live happily.
