I have these cramps 2 weeks before my period comes they are very horrible & painful

Ummm im 17 and I have these cramps 2 weeks before my period comes they are very horrible & painful but also with the cramps come clear gooey stuff that come out my virgina idk what it is and it happens every month and the cramps that come along with it are getting out of control nd its hard for me to stand up or walk what do I do I haven't told my mom idk what it is
