I have like a spot on the left of my throat that when I eat any kind of hot food or something tangy or sour, it burns like an open sore. Had this about a week. Also at first my gland on that side was swollen, it is not now. I don't know maybe I'm just paranoid. I quit smoking 2 weeks ago. I also just got out of the county jail which is where it started, I was there 2 weeks.
