I have watery eyes looks as if i am crying

Hi 

I am Himanta K (Male)  from AndhraPradesh. I have been facing this problem since couple of months. I have watery eyes looks as if i am crying!! which is actually is not. It happens 5-10mins after shower. It persits for more than half an hour. Help me with resolving solution.
