i have yellow balls in my throat that smells like some thing died

These are not food particles.  If they are attached to your tonsils, it is due to chronic tonsillitis.  It is white blood cells sloughing off your tonsils and it does smell like something died.  You need to see an Ear Nose and Throat guy.  Forget the general physicians.  They will tell you it's food because they aren't educated enough on the anatomy of the throat.  I had this from the time I was a teenager and finally found an ENT who told me exactly what it was.  The yellow balls are tonsil stones.  It won't kill you to keep your tonsils, but unless you want to dig in those crevices every day to get them out (and they can hide pretty deep in the crevices) then I suggest you talk to an ENT.
