hi, i just started my period yesterday.
i was at home and there was a little blood when i wiped but none on my underwear.
but now, a day later, i have ALOT of blood.
- how often should i change my pad?
if i'm at school, how do i change my pad often?
i'm in eighth grade i dont carry a purse
and i dont know what to do.
- how long will this last?
- how long until my next one? how do i prepare myself?
- is there alot more blood for a girl's second period?
- what about sleeping? what do i do?
HELP, IM SCARED !
