I started smoking when I was about eighteen. It started as a recreational thing, but now its daily and often (three dutches a day) and finish a half oz in two days and an ounce in 4. I started off pipe smoking (alone; I couldn't roll at the time) and blunt smoking socially. I started off smoking nothing but haze, until one day I got a severe panic attack while I was smoking with my cousin. I kept telling him I couldn't feel my chest, needless to say I was trippin'. After that, I started easing back on the haze and started smoking that Reggie Jackson, but it was never the same. So I tried different types of bud (sour diesel, red diesel, Mr nice guy, head banger etc.) Yes i like the feeling but it never lasted long like the haze. I learned how to roll and I never smoked out of the pipe again. But now I feel like i'm mentally addicted, and I need help quitting. Any advice would be most appreciated.

It is all will power and weaning off so only smoke 3-4 times a day for a week then 2-3 the next then 1-2 then maybe one a day then just try not to smoke that should help you out
