There is no medically or physiologically appropriate number of times to exercise in a day. I would suggest that you exercise as many times and as much as is comfortable for you. You may not be able to exercise at all on some days do to other things that prevent you from doing so.

You can get exercise throughout your day by walking. Walking is an excellent form of exercise. When you do walk, do so at a brisk pace when possible.
