Hello everybody!! I am an 18 yr old guy, weighing 80 kgs and 168 cms tall. I want to lose weight before my college reopens on 5 ja... Pls suggest me some techniques, apart from gymming.

you don't need the gym to lose weight, even though having a regular schedule for your exercise could help to keep you on track. You’ll still need to exercise and be active if you expect to lose weight and keep it like that for longer than few weeks. I’m not sure how much weight you want to lose in a month, but you’ll need to keep your expectations realistic. You’ll simply need to eat fewer calories than you burn in your daily activities and the best way to use this is to make some diet changes and to get more active.
