It will take a while yes. Your lucky that it didnt need more serious attention. Why did you cut the circulation off?

i agree with kingfreze unless this person is into torture pleasure things. anyways yes it is possible for you to regain sensation however it is not a garuntee. with that said. nerves grow VERY slowley and depending on how much damage occured it would not to uncommon for recovery to take months.....

You may want to see a doctor, as you may have caused some damage.
The bad news is there is no cure. The damage is permanent but if you are lucky you may heal and have a semi decent sex life . For some it leads to years of depression . erectile function will likely not set in until you are older if not already . I’m very sorry to hear about this .
