Hey guys, thank you for your info if you can help me out here. Its been maybe 3-4 days now that i get a burning sensation after I pee, its not rashed or red or looks infected at all but I think im getting a discharge afterwords as well. I am seeing this one girl and we are very close, im not that type of guy to jump to a different girl all the time. I dont have diabeties, im perfectly healthy, i work out everyday, I do smoke cigarrettes but im in the process of quiting. I do have novamoxin (penicillin) I was wondering if I should take this or wait a few more days of drining lots of water and see if it gets better?

See your doctor and get evaluated.
DO NOT try to treat this yourself with an antibiotic. You need the proper dosage, and the right drug, for the specific bacteria (if that's what it is). The wrong drug can make things WORSE and harder to treat in the future.
It's fairly uncommon for a healthy male to develop a UTI, but no impossible. You could have an STD.
NO SEX until you see your doctor. Again, do NOT treat this yourself. Besides, you shouldn't have antibiotics left as you should always finish them even if you feel better.
