I think i have sebaceous prominence

I don’t know for sure but I think that sebaceous prominence is there to stay as it is considered to be a normal finding on a penis. There isn’t anything a man can do to get rid of them, so just leave it alone. It is strange that you have only one, there are usually many, but maybe they are other on the way. I have never heard of just one. Don’t get alarmed now or anything, I don’t think it’s something else, I was just thinking aloud. I don’t think that there is something you should worry about especially because you haven’t had sex yet, so there are no worries of STD, which is a relief.

i cut my bumps with a scalpel, squeeze out the sack and carterize with a red hot needle if they get too big.

Hey guys, just wanted to forewarn you...Do NOT try this technique of removing your SP, it is excruciatingly painful and they grow right back. I now have scabs on my scrotum and they frequently bleed due to movement, sitting down standing up, bathroom movements, etc. It's a mess and you will be in the worst pain for about 3 weeks.
