It all of a sudden kind of hit me during school. I was 17 and one day i just freaked out. it wasnt as bad during the early morning but once i was going to my second class it just hit me. I think i had a panic attack. i started to feel really dizzy and felt like i could barely breathe. i felt like i was about to pass out and even had to hold on to my desk, it was very embarassing. i went to an ENT and he couldnt find anything wrong. he said i was to young to have vertigo. but now 11 months later its not as nearly as bad but i always feel the slightest dizzyness. it has became apart of me. and occasionally i get those feelings. what should i do?
You are not too young to have vertigo. I was diagnosed with it when I was 16. There is a possibility that that's what it is, but it could be something else. I've just learned to deal with my vertigo.

Do you think it may be anxiety? Does the dizziness seem to occur more often when you're stressed out or have a lot going on?

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help. I just wanted to let you know that you shouldn't rule out vertigo.
