Can someone please help. I am having pains on both my right and left sides right under my last rib. Its very sharp pains and feels like someone is squeezing something. I have nausea sometimes. Here lately I have been having pains in my back going from the left to right shoulder blades. I don't know what to do to make the pain stop and Ibuprofen is not helping anymore. I don't have any insurance so I'm trying not to go to the doctor/ER. If someone has ever had this or know what it is and how to get rid of the pain please let me know ASAP. The pain is only getting worse and I have had this for awhile now. Oh it seems that I only have "attacks" when I eat after 8pm and the "attacks" only come between 2 and 6 AM. i can eat at 10 pm and they will start at the same time as if I eat at 2AM.

Try to make a doctors appointment ASAP if you end in the ER it'll cost you $3000 - $5000, the doctor will be a few hundred. They pain will probally get worse and you'll have no choice but go to the ER.
