I had the exact same symptoms mostly everyone here is describing and it took me months of going to the hospital and them doing tests for one of the doctors to finally request that I have scope done down into my stomach to have a look. They did so and it ended up being a hiatal hernia. They had me on medication for a while and I had to make drastic changes to my diet and lifestyle and the symptoms have completely and I am off to medications. There is a surgery available but probably not necessary unless you're older or have an extreme case. You can Google ways to help hiatal hernias as there's lots of different tips and tricks.
