i used to get my periods and my last period was on oct 29 2012.

Please explain what you mean in more detail.

1. Your last period started on 29 Oct
2. What is your cycle length?
3. What do you mean by "this is my first child"? What is?
4. On what days did you "experience lower abdominal pain from 3 to 4 days and its severe"? Might be pre-period symptoms
5. "i did HPT and its negative... wil i be pregnant"
   • False negatives are known.
   • Did you do the test properly?
   • On what dates did you have sex?
   • You may only be a week late.

my cycle length is 30days.... i got married on dec 2011 and i dint get pregnant nw only its my first child.. ya i consulted the doctor and i did the test in lab and my result are negative.. and i do get my periods regularly

Well, you didn't answer all my questions! Also I think what you probably mean is that if you were pregnant, it would be your first child.

If the doctor did the test (hCG blood test?) then, provided it was not done too early, it should be reliable, and you are not pregnant. However

1. On what dates did you "experience lower abdominal pain from 3 to 4 days and its severe"?
2. On what date was the doctor's blood test done?
3. Did you have sex between 9th and 15th Nov?
