i'm a very thin boy and want to improve my physical condition, because i feel myself very tired and unable to do some diaily tasks
I was once a very thin boy like you and my friends uses to call me ''skin and bones'', but now i've become a fit, mascular guy. I must share how i had been in those days to make myself healthy. I tried on many drugs prescribed by doctors, but off to no help at all. At last My aunt adviced two years back to try ''water therapy'' i.e. Dringking two ltrs. Of water every morning. I started to do so... And Voila! A magic... Thats how i suceeded. Please do try to drink a lot of water every morninh, it surely helps.
