I am 15, 5'6, and 118 lbs. I've never been this heavy in my life and I'm used to pretty thin with curves from muscle. I know that the recent weight gain I've experienced can't just be a growing thing because I've significantly increased the amount of c**p in my diet this past year - I've gained eight pounds. Before I was always underweight and it was just natural. Now I feel gross and I don't know how to get rid of it. I've been trying to decrease the junk food and I really have this summer, but I'm still just over eating from boredom. To shorten it up, I want to loose as much weight as I can in the next 6 days before I have a trip to Hawaii that I'll be in a swimsuit 24/7 for. I don't really care if it's healthy I just need a solution - of course I would hate to harm or deprive myself in anyway but I have a fast deadline. Please help!
