i was trying to pee and before it started ejecting I felt a sharp pain and than 2 holes were spraying, I never seen this other hole before underneath my original one, it's very small and it burns, I do recall having surgery down there when I was 8-9, perhaps it wasn't stitched correctly, but I really don't know what to do, I peed again and it didn't come out the second hole this time, I tried to apply lotion where it burned and it seemed to work, any kind of advice?

Since you have had some sort of an issue before that required surgery in the past.
Seeing your doctor would be the best thing to do it could be like you said and maybe what they did needs to be done again.
Seeing your doctor is what should be done.
