Hi there! I'm a 20 year old male in college. This morning I woke up and went to urinate and noticed a burning sensation when it reached the tip of my penis. It wasnt anything excruciating, but it was "attention getting" and it kinda freaked me out. A couple hours later I went to the restroom and the burning was there again, instinctively I grabbed it and what seemed like semenal fluid came out. WHY? After that every other one of my urinations have had the burning sensation on the tip of my penis. I'm averagely sexually active for any 20 year old in college, and do not have an STD. PLEASE, ANY ADVICE HELPS! Thank you!

Lets try the easy thing first, drink - WATER - several glasses of it.
Sometimes if you are a bit dehydrated it can cause some discomfort. Did you notice the color of your urine?
You can't rule out an STD unless you haven't had sex since before you were tested last. Symptoms can show up in a few days.
Try the water first, good luck.
