AN X-RAY result suggested that both apices is obscured by overlying artifacts. APICOLORDOTIC VIEW IS SUGGESTED....is there something serious about it?

Artifacts are basically distortions in the x-ray. The apicolordotic view is just another x-ray, taken at a different angle so that the tops of the lungs can be better imaged.
It can indicate something serious. They are trying to identify what the artifacts are. PTB is one common cause.
