Okay so you know when a girl is flerting with that guy over there but do you now if that guy is flerting with you? There has bine many times wear a boy has checked me out. but I want to know if a boy is looking at me if I should say "hi," or "hey," I mean I want to have a relationship with someone before I have to say something.
