I'm just wondering if your on methadone and possibly pregnant does it take longer for the at home tests to show up positive?

It shouldn't.
The pregnancy tests look for a specific hormone, hCG, that's it. If it's there, you're pregnant.
How long has it been since you had sex? You need to wait at least 2, preferably 3, weeks before testing. Always use only your first morning - wakeup- urine.
