Having sex at 13 isn't a problem as long as you don't have intercourse. I didn't have intercourse until I was 15 but I had lots of sex before that, but it was things like oral sex, masturbation and rimming (mostly the boy doing it to me). I told the boy what I would do and what I wouldn't do and if he didn't agree then we wouldn't have sex so he agreed. But if you don't think you can do that then just have sex with other girls which is safer. I know girls who do it with other girls so that they don't get pregnant, and lots of the things you can do with a girl are just the same as with a boy.
