Well advice to you is to wait as your far to young yet to an thinking about having sex and if your having doubts yourself then that says it all.

If you're questioning it then you aren't ready.
Another thing to consider, some "older" guys use younger girls to have sex. I can't say for sure that this is the case but you need to realize that having sex won't keep him as your boyfriend. If he loves you he will wait for you to be ready, whenever that may be. Your relationship will change after sex, big time. He'll probably tell his friends too so that you might hear rumors going around school.
There is NO need to rush. He can wait as long as you can.

If you don't feel that you are ready then don't do it! Sex is something that you should enjoy and have at the right time. I personally think that you are too young for sex anyway and I thought it was against the law for a man to have sex with a girl under the age of 14 or 16, something like that anyway. Just wait for the right time, it will come! ;-)
