im 14 years old, and i have found a lump, its more of a pea shape attached to the back of my left testicle. one testicle is bigger than the other by a tiny bit. im really scared and dont no what to do? i havent told my parents or been to the doctors.
please can someone help me out

Hi Dan,
Where on the testicle is it? Is it near the top? It may be your epididymis.
It is not uncommon for your testicles to be of slightly different sizes so don't worry about that.
Not everything is cancer and you're young for testicular cancer.

It could still be the epididymis or the vas deferens. A lot of the "tubes" connecting the testicles run up the back. Sometimes they can feel "lumpy."
It would be best for your doctor to check it out just to make sure.

I don't see why not. I think the doctor meant it was a cyst, fluid filled sac. They are very common. It shouldn't be a problem at all.
