Hello. I am 14 years old, almost 15 and since it is summer I want to get ripped before 9th grade. I haven't really hit puberty yet, and I still have room to grow. I'm 5'2 and weigh 116 pounds. I have a muffin top that some of my friends tease me about and I have a small layer of fat around my abs. What is the best diet and workout plan to get lean and cut?
