Hi, you have nothing to worry about at all 3 inches is perfectly natural for your age, your penis can carry on to grow up to the age of 20 so plenty of time yet.
Everyone develops at different stages through puberty and at different times, you say this other guy is 6 inches because his gf told you he is big doesn't mean a thing, how do you know she wasn't just saying that?
Its not how big you are as a vagina is only so deep but more on how you use what you have as the most sensitive part of the vagina is only about 2 inches in!

You are only 14 and have lots of time to grow and develop but the reality is that as people come in all sizes and the same is true about the penis.
Yours could grow a fair amount yet and what your size will be when you are done growing is hard to predict along with how long it will take.
You may have noticed that there are guys the same size as you and some are even smaller and as you said some guys are much bigger you can count on it growing but by how much is hard to say.
It can be a bit frustrating in the locker room when you are a little smaller but it sounds like you are developing just as you should be you are pretty close to the size that is considered average for your age and hopefully soon you will see the penis growth you are hoping for.

Ya. I'm about 14 and a half and I'm like 3-4 inches hard. I've realized after reading a lot of posts that some of us just grow at either a slower rate or at a different time. I have noticed some growth recently and I am hopping that it is a sign for the future. Cuz I am honestly a little jealous of my brother who has a huge penis, we share a bathroom so.....ya.
