Hey guys I'm 14 years old and need to lose weight. My parents don't buy any special food or anything. It seems that we eat too many bread foods and pasta and such. The problem is its winter time and I'm like idk 165 or something and want to be in the 130 or something. Does anyone know how I could lose weight even though it's winter time and tbh Ive tried diets and such and I can't stick with them. They always fail. Can someone help me please? :-`(
