Chilax you will be fine.just a tiny bit delayed that's all.nothing to worry about but if you don't hit puberty by 16 go to your doctors and tell him/her about it

Honestly it doesnt matter! im 16 and going into grade 11, i hit puberty mid way through grade 9, and i dont have a lot of arm pit hair, no facial hair, i still have baby face! The best way to cope with your problem is to work with it! if you dont flaunt it nobody really notices! just go with the flow and soon enough you will be just like all of your other buddys and you will forget about all this!

I have little hair on the base above my penis and some hair around my penis and few sack hairs and my penis is not very long at all. You have definitely started puberty the pubic hair and the voice cracks confirm that.
If you search for the Tanner puberty scale and do the quiz it will tell you what stage you are in and it will give you information on growth and development.
You may be just a bit of a late bloomer which is common since everyone grows and develops at different rates and times.
It sounds like you are in the early stages of puberty and your developing just as you should be.
