usually puberty wont start because your damaging your body (e.g smoking) if you stopped for a bit to let your body get the bad stuff out ur system then puberty will start to kick in!. good luck and try to hold off the urge to smoke as best as you can for a month maybe. try it, it might just work for you! :)
