So,
I'm a 13 male and I'M ALWAYS TIRED! No matter what if I sleep for 8 hours or 10 I'm always tired. I'm
somewhat fit I'm 140 and 5"4. Sometimes I play football or basketball with my friends. During the day I'm
always tired and yearning to get back in bed. My diet is okay I usually have some rice with meat and
veggies. I think I might have insomnia, don't know since I always stay up, like right now, because I just
can't sleep. Please help me it's been screwing up my sleep schedule and all that so what's up with my
body?
