my husband has small holes about 6 around it are large hard lumps right above his buttocks i thought it might be boils but not sure since there wasnt any mention of the small holes, inside the holes are somethimes hair but it looks like the hair just sits inside and it comes out easily.'

please help im really concerned!! :'(
